Vote on Laptops for Maine Students
April 25, 2011Do you think the Laptop Program has been beneficial to Maine students?

The laptops have been very valuable for researching information. We have so few art books in our school library that a large amount of class time would be wasted if we were limited to books for information. Another benefit is that students and parents can access grades at any time and check up on assignment completion using laptops. A third benefit is that student work is legible and errors are easily corrected. Laptops even out the playing field for students who do not have computers at home.
