The following videos are from Big Geek Daddy and the Upworthiest – fun, interesting, some emotional, and some to share with students.
- Ennio Morricone’s classic “The Good, The Bad and The Ugly” performed by The Danish National Symphony Orchestra.
- Melody Herzfeld, Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, Parkland theatre teacher helped save 65 students by sheltering them and guiding them to safety. She received a Tony: Excellence in Theatre Education Award. Read the information and watch the Youtube video.
- An amazing animation!!! This cool animated short film created for WWF Hungary shows us what that miniature world of paper wildlife would look like.
- Annabel Carberrry performing A Glass of Red Wine. Talk about persistence and learning something challenging!
- The St. Luke’s Bottle Band performing Peacherine Rag, composed by Scott Joplin.
- Devoted Dad takes to the stage while holding his baby when he realizes his 2-year old daughter breaks down during performance. The dance sends a strong message to his daughter and is worth seeing in this you tube video.
- Imagine hearing this at Sam’s Club? The Karaoke Queen sings “Maybe This Time”.
- Musicians Jason Charles Miller and Hannah Aldridge share with us their music video of “High and Dry” from Radiohead. The taping is cool especially in the section with doubles. Two or four people in the same room so close yet so far away from each other.
